Art has always been a part of my life and now as a senior citizen I have more time to devote to painting and creating watercolor images.
In 1989 I left San Diego California in a 1978 Chev. Van with my dog and cat and came north to Wash. My goal was to find a place where I could support myself and have time to create art.
In May I arrived in Shelton and was able to find a job and joined the Peninsula Art Association. I was living in my van at that time but soon found a place to rent. The people of this area are so nice and the weather is perfect. I now have a wonderful home/studio in Union WA.
Art is now my full time business. At this time I am working in watercolor. I reproduce all of my work in prints and cards. It is so wonderful to have come this far.
